| Fakir Sector Command under the direction of Bakki Romilar, then leader of Green Squadron, formed a new unit of elite starfighter pilots. The reason for its creation was that Imperial Activity had dictated the need for daring raids, and some type of heroes for other squadron members to look up to. The members were chosen from the group of pilots who managed to liberate a Wookiee colony, along with capturing a Nebulon-B Frigate from the Imperials. The name of the group - DRAGON SQUADRON | |

| A large scale attack was conducted on the Imperial Forces at Jerrilek Prime, which Mission Group Alpha (Thermal Force) rescued a number of Civilians from the prison on the planet. It was during this battle, that the Tarkin, a devastating new super weapon was revealed. Many Rebels died during the escape. | |
